It is huge and has been growing; however, it only protrudes when I put my shoulders back and sit or stand up straight. When I shrink my shoulders forward, it disappears.. I get shooting pains into my left arm pit frequently and pain into my left neck. It feels like it is in the muscle or beneath the pec muscle...any ideas?

Since I cannot examine you, I will not be able to tell you what this mass is. Best, therefore, to have your doctor examine you (especially if this mass has been enlarging).
