I had sex earlier today, Is my girlfriend pregnant?

Hi,

So my girlfriend and I had sex earlier today WITH a condom. As I felt I had to ejaculate, I pulled out and saw the semen fill up in my condom. As I took it off, I put water in it to ensure that it did not have a tear in it, and after I put water in it, I wraped up the top and started squeezing very hard. After 10 seconds of doing so, I noticed there were two extremely small holes that looked like someone poked a hole threw them. These holes were NOT at the tip but about an inch and a half up from it on the side of the condom. I know pre ejaculation could have semen in it but seriously speaking, what is the possibility that I got my girlfriend pregnant? And to add, these holes cannot be seen by the naked eye, they are that small.
