Amazing! Great! Congrats! Yes, change is quite an idea and then when applied it really takes hold. I've been trying to alter my behaviors toward food and exercise for years. In the last 6 months or so, I've lost 50 lbs and beginning to actually look and feel fit again!! This time I tried the novel approach of an all around change in perspective. Instead of targeting certain things and trying to fix them, or trying to get rid of the "bad", I just started incorporating the "good" and the bad habits fell away without effort. You can only do, think and say so much. I started incorporating good things into my life and something else had to go. The body knows deep down what is right, no matter how much my mind tried to convince it otherwise!! I've never seen such a simple approach. Is the truth really so complex? Amazingly, no!
