Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Continue to monitor the fetal kick counts. Be in complete rest. Avoid any heavy work. Be careful with your movements. Drink plenty of water and maintain healthy diet. Look out for development of new symptoms like increasing pain or cramps. Tightening of abdomen, fluid discharge or mucus discharge etc. Consider visiting your doctor/gynecologist/midwife for a thorough evaluation done to rule out any serious issues and look for fetal wellbeing. All the best.
Take care.
