i feel cold numbness in feet hands?

why do i feel cold numbness in feet hands?i have been in the hospital since last Saturday they check me and told me im fine.got cat scan,echo test, and ex rays all fine.they told me that was anxiety but my symptoms are:chest pain in heart area,white colored nails, numdbness in feet and hands veins got small cant feel pulse,light headed,feinting,fatigue,tired after doin a simple task, very dry skin,red spots on my hands and feet.im scared dont know what to or what is causing all of these
