I dont think this is pearly penile papules, but what is it?

Hi all,

So I have had these small bumps on my penis for a long time. I am young and healthy. I have searched the internet forever trying to find an answer, but I cant figure it out. These bumps are small and plentiful, and mostly flesh colored to light red. They are on the glans of the penis as well as the underside of the glans, like on right in the crevice under the glans, and also on the part of the penis below the glans and above the shaft. I am pretty sure they are not pearly penile papules, as they are not only in the crevice and are not orderly and also are not as large as pearly penile papules. I have searched the net for pics of the same condition and the following links are very similar to my condition. It seems pretty popular, b.ut would love to know what its called, what causes it and any further info. Thank you guys so much for helping
