Eat a healthy, nutritious diet consisting more of salads and soups rather than fried food and eat small frequent meals rather than a heavy fatty meal. Rest adequately and take your dinner atleast 2 hrs prior to bedtime. Also raise the head end of the bed by 2 blocks.
You also need to undergo certain tests like diabetes or thyroid, to determine the reason for loss of appetite during pregnancy.
