i dono what kind of asthma it is

i have been diagonised with asthma 2 years ago.but i dono what kind of asthma it is.my condition is whe i exposed to allergy i get asthma,when i take food that is allergic and when i get exposed to dust first it starts with mucus secretion in my lung then shortness of breath..i want to know what kind of asthma,as there are several types of asthma

Welcome to the ehealthforum. I am really glad to help you out. You likely seem to suffer from extrinsic (allergic) asthma.

I feel that you should do the spirometry or the pulomany function test for the confirmation of asthma.

If there’s any obstruction in the airways, it will show in the test. Bronchodilators are also given in this test and if there’s any obstruction in the test and it becomes reversible with the use of the bronchodilators, it is confirmatory of the presence of bronchial asthma.
