I don't know what to say. [Skin in urine]

Okay, so I did some small research, and I don't think it's an HIV but I'm not a doctor so I wouldn't know.
Anyways, starting about last month the head of my penis started feeling slight stings when I urinate, not when I ejaculate, but when I urinate, and I found information not really like mine but still involving 'stinging.' For one, it's not painful or itchy, and the sting doesn't really bother me at all, but it's still noticeable. Anyways I also found info that said it can be a result to stress, which would make sense since I ran out of cymbalta for my clinical depression and anxiety, and after I got more then missed a few days, and just a few days ago I started slightly opening the urinant whole and squeezing the head whenever I had to use to restroom beforehand and so I've been noticing what looks like bits of skin with either clear flooded urine or whatever that stuff is that turns to scabs when it dries maybe, and just not after using the facilities again I found a string of see-through white that can most obviously be identified as skin, after doing so, the stinging is more noticeable now, but still not much of a bother.
Before this I was thinking of getting a test for it, but sadly I don't want to bring it up since my family is already in debt from court fees and Christmas shopping. So anyways, the info. that I found that people were told to get tested on, they said that they've "lost the will to live" and that they were tested before but the doctors found nothing, however like I've said, it's nowhere near that bad to me, so I have my doubts that it's any kind of HIV, especially since my new girlfriend knew about my stinging and we've already done it with eachother after, during the time that I was back on my meds and the stinging was gone, and I asked her if she gets any stinging when she urinates which she responded with, "No." So as of now, I'm just curious.
Does anyone have any thoughts as to what it is?
