For a while now (years) I have had
stomach pains. I always thought it was
because I was in university and was
constantly stressed and lived on a
caffeinated diet but now that I have
graduated (and I have changed my diet to a
healthier, non-alcoholic, non-caffeinated,
6 meals a day diet) the pains have gotten
worse. They are so bad that whenever I eat
I become so nauseated that I immediately
throw up or I battle with the nausea for
hours. On top of that my stomach
constantly hurts and whenever I go to the
gym I have to avoid any machines that may
press into my belly. What is the matter
with me?

Have you seen a doctor about this? If not
you really should. It could be colitis or
any number of things that can't be fixed
by diet alone. I will copy this over to
the stomach forum so that more people can
help you over there.
