i wake up ok in the morning.i dont smoke ...i have smoket for 4 years but that was 5 years ago....i dont drink...only for weekends....and i dont drink coffies...but sometimes when i stay sit for 1 hours i dont know,its like that my hands are cold,i cant breathe properly....in general is like am not ok...i have checkd my heart and everyting was ok..is there problems with my tension of my boddy????
