I've had this issue for a long time so I can't say it's due to my recent diet changes which I have made significant changes for the better to lose 100 lbs! Yay me! Anyway... I've always had gas. My boyfriend can't stand it. I don't mind it. I think he's used to it by now. He better be. We have been together for nearly 10 years. I don't know why I always FART. Lately it seems to be more though maybe because I'm eating broccoli all of the time. There is no pain associated with my gases just really raunchy smells most of the time. Sometimes I can pass gas as frequent as every 3-5 minutes but it's not always that frequent. It just depends. I was thinking I should keep a log of when I pass gas just for a day to see how many times a day I fart. I'm sure it'd be a lot.
I used to have this problem. I went on a cleanse for a week and then slowly added foods back into my diet paying attention until I noticed I was farting again. In the end I ha to cut out most dairy, most bread products and all fast food/junk food. No more gass, no more pain!
I suggest you do the same?
