Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
If you are not getting/falling asleep due to symptoms in the neck, you should consider getting examination and further evaluation done by your doctor/healthcare provider at the earliest. Consider changing your pillow and see if it helps. Have a glass of warm milk or a cup of Chamomile tea before an hour of going to sleep. Avoid stress. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle. If any neck problems are detected, appropriate measures would be started to help you. If no other problems have been detected, then possible underlying sleep disorder should be further investigated for confirmation and further treatment.
Take care.
