i currently live in florida, i want to move to PA.
I have 2 boys 1 i have sole cousty of who has meany medical issues.I have no family support living with friends who dont help me with kids.my youngest childs father is in prison and has been their since my son is 3months old.I have since found out that he has 4 other childern who he dont pay child suppot or bother with. I didnt know that he also has been in prison 3 times befor also. he is not on my sons birth citficate. their is only a dna test that he was proven as my sons sperm doner.
Now i have family who live in another state who is willing to help me with my boys. the issues with my oldest child and child care for my other son who is 3 now. Has only laied eyes on my son 2x since he has been in jail.
My question is how do i get to move and not have to go thrwe court?

i moved from PA to Florida with just my son and i. we wanted to move to the sunshine state. Good luck to you with that cold weather.
anyways, i moved without my son father knowing because he never had a stable house, and he always got his cell phone cut off. so i lost contact and i m trying to find him for my son's sake. i had to move, and i he didnt mind because i talked about it years ago.
some guys dont even care to fight (go to court). i try to be fair with everything that i do.
can you explain in detail the court thing. because if you have to move, you tell the father, and make arrangements. he have a choice to visit his kids.
you are talking about the olders son's father. the one not in prison?
you have to do what you have to do that's best for your kids.
