Dizzy, nauseous, lightheaded, extremely hot, frequent hungry, face breakout, tiredness, sore nipples, areola darker, stomach pain, stomach feels like its stretching....I am wondering what these could be signs of pregnancy...I haven't had my period as yet for this month

yes are pregnat, and you should still see a dr.
