I am really worry about the lumps which suddenly appeared

Hi Dr. Anna Aleskovska. My name is Sveta , and 2 days ago I found a lump in my head close to the centre a little bit righter , it is not big like one copic coin , but next day I found a lump on my neck , on the right side in the middle of the neck, I made an appointment to see my GP and she advised me not to worry about it , but when I came back home after one hour I found another little lump , pea size behind my ear, it is quite firm and when I touch it it is a little bit unpleasunt. I have head aches quite often, but recently I had a lot of stress , my husband had miningites, after it my 2 year old daughter had 2 pnevmonia during 4 month. I missed some working hours and had to make some time up, that is why I didn't really pay attention to my headaches , as after paracitomol it goes and really comes back at the same day. But aftre I got this several lumps in different places I am really anxiouse. Could you advise me polease what I should do first? Thanks
