Hello,

Welcome to ehealthforum

Bleeding which is irregular and sometimes light and heavy can be a menopause symptom but bleeding after intercourse can be due to any underlying pathology as cervicitis, polyps, dysplasia and should not be ignored.
You require a complete pelvic examination along with Pap smear test which would help in ruling out the cause.
Kindly visit a Gynaecologist for evaluation.
Take care!
