I've been having trouble ejaculating during sex all my adult life, but now I have to do something about it: my girlfriend, who I really love, has said she will leave if I don't get the problem sorted.

Basically I've always been able to ejaculate through masturbation on my own, but I don't think a sexual partner has ever made me orgasm, either orally, by hand, or during intercourse.

I've read about this condition, I believe it's called delayed ejaculation, and of course, I've researched delayed ejaculation on the Internet, but the answers that seem to come up are mostly short snippets of information on medical sites that don't help me find out HOW to ejaculate during sex.

I also searched for "delayed ejaculation treatment", and there was indeed something from a guy called Rod Phillips claiming that his program could cure delayed ejaculation, although he didn't really give much information about how this could happen, and I'm a bit wary about buying the program....Although I suppose if my girlfriend does leave me, it would seem cheap at the price LOL!

However, if anyone here knows how to solve this problem, I'd be grateful, or if the program is genuine. Things I have tried which have not worked: changing position during intercourse, using vibrator, using fantasy, a bit of S&M, not masturbating for three weeks, using porn while having sex, masturbating to the point of orgasm before inserting into her ... And a whole lot more LOL!

Living With A Man Who Can't Ejaculate Or Orgasm During Sex
I'm a woman who's lived with a man who can't ejaculate during intercourse for several years, I can tell you that has put an enormous strain on our relationship… So my first piece of advice would be to deal with this right now unless you think you'd both be better off out of the relationship.

This is called delayed ejaculation, or retarded ejaculation, and it needs very delicate handling because it's a source of great shame for men.

Even though the guy has an erection, he's not aroused enough to actually reach the point of ejaculation during sex. That means that treating delayed ejaculation is actually about finding a way for the man to be aroused enough to ejaculate. by the way I disagree with what you said about a lack of information, if you search on the Internet you will see that generally there is a lot of information about delayed ejaculation treatment and causes.

My advice is basically two things: learn how to use sensate focus, because that will arouse him a lot more, and also use some kind of training programme that helps him adjust his expectation of stimulation during intercourse downwards, so that his body, or more accurately his penis, learns how to respond to the kind of stimulation he gets during sexual intercourse.

Those two keys worked for us, but they do take time and they certainly need a bit of dedication. Oh, and if you're wondering how to train his penis to respond to the level of stimulation he'll get as he makes love to you, the answer is for both of you to open up your most intimate level of sexual connection. In other words, I think this problem is more about connecting heart-to-heart than body-to-body.

Set this may my partner wants would establish real intimacy, the delayed ejaculation "treatment" followed naturally.... In fact, it seemed to cure itself.
