Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Menopause can be associated with depression and anxiety (more so if it is a surgical menopause). If symptoms have been persistent or affecting your daily activities, you can consider discussing them with your treating doctor/gynecologist, and go ahead with getting started on appropriate treatment measures. Sometimes replacement of hormones can help in controlling the symptoms. Discuss about options of getting started on hormonal replacement if needed.
Take care.

I too was 32 when I had a full hysterectomy because of endometriosis and two ovaries that were diseased. I was very depressed about it at first, the fact that my whole body and mind changed afterwards and still to this day, I deal with hot flashes and hormone issues because I cannot take estrogen because of the scar tissue left inside me. There is a positive side however....no female cancers to worry about, no periods or PMS...less worries and NO pain!!!! To combat the hot flashes, I use a bioidentical progesterone cream. It works miracles!!
