Q: Hysterectomy vs PCOS

I had a hysterectomy in January where my uterus and cervix was removed, but I have had a history of PCOS and I was wondering if the PCOS goes away since I had it? Also, it seems like my symptoms have increased again since I have my surgery. Please help.
