What exactly are you concerned about? Just nervous about the procedure? Side effects after?

I hope it will calm you to know that tons of hysterectomies are performed every day and almost all of them go perfectly normal.

This is a common procedure to have done.

Have you talked with your doctor about this choice? I would think that a doctor would want to give the patient some options and explain them all.

I have no doubt that everything will be fine, and that it seems typical for a person to be nervous about any type of procedure.

hysterectomy
I am 42 years old and just had a total hysterectomy done. I now just realize all the side effects of HRT. If I were you I would think twice about having your ovaries removed. I feel like I made a big mistake.
