Hysterectomy Answer A25360
Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
You would require about 6-8 weeks to allow for complete healing after hysterectomy along with following other precautions as instructed by your treating gynecologist. If your medical condition is stable, your doctor/gynecologist would allow you for travel. Be in regular follow-up and monitoring with your treating gynecologist after the surgery.
Take care.

Had Hysterectomy a week ago, and I am following the doctors orders, the only issue I have is the burning searing pain located on my lower right abdomen. I had a complete removal of everything. I noticed this is a question asked my many patients could you please address this issue.
