Hi there- I have a terribel cancer in my uterus and fallopian tubes- I am scheduled to have a hysterectomy in 2 weeks and just found out that I am 3 weeks pregnant-

What are my options- I am not one for Abortion however my uterus is not capable of carrying a child unfortunately-

Do I need to have an abortion prior to the operation or are they able to remove the fetus while removing my uterus.

Please advise- as this is very time senstive- I feel very lost!
