Hysterectomy/No insurance.. In California/Visalia area..

I was recently working in Dutch Harbor, Alaska.. I have been having problems with periods, heavy flows/clots. Went to the little medical clinic on the Island. My doctor then had me leave the island to get a sonogram, and they confirmed I had fiberoids and I then went to an OB/GYN and her confirmed there I need a hysterectomy .. the man was nice, but the cost there in anchorage, Alaska was close to 60 to 80 thousand dollars and I have no inseurance. Well cant go back to the island, pretty much was kicked off cause of medical reason. So I am now back in California.. does anyone else know what I can do... where I can go for help.. My children are grown, my last period lasted for 3 weeks/painful.. any suggestion.. In California/Visalia area..
