Q: Hysterectomy/ Menopause

I was wondering if i will start early menopause. I was 19 when I had an emergency c-section. Leaving me with an infection in my uterus and on my ovaries. I had a hysterectomy and they left only 1 ovary. I have no sex drive now. Is that a sign of anything?

With one ovary you might...but I'm not for certain, maybe someone else here knows.

I don't know with one ovary either. Cause I don't have to take hormones.
