I am a young 50 years old due to excessive bleeding, I am having a hystorectomy and keeping the ovaries. I have support at home, but we are interested in getting toy poodle puppy. While I have others at home with me to help with the puppy, would I be comfortable enough to manage this two pound puppy a week after surgery?

What do you mean by manage?...Be by yourself to take it outside?...Is there stairs involved?...Are you having a full Hysterectomy or partial?...You will be weak and you will be sore...Puppies are a lot of work...It's not the size of the dog that matters, it is how much surgical work they do on you and your bending ability...
