Hi,
Welcome to ehealthforum,
Your treating doctor/gynecologist is the best to decide if you need to be started on HRT for symptom control. If you are experiencing symptoms due to surgical menopause, you can discuss about option of getting started on HRT (which would be prescribed after proper evaluation done to rule out contraindications for its use). Look out for development of any new symptoms if pregnancy is suspected. Consider being in regular follow-up and monitoring of your treating gynecologist and report any abnormal/new symptoms immediately. Take adequate rest. Drink plenty of water. Maintain healthy diet and lifestyle.
Take care.
