hysterectomy and antiphospholipid syndrome

I have antiphospholipid syndrome and have been advised to have a hysterectomy (a few weeks time). Noteworthy, I have also been advised that the operation has 30% high risk association of complications/death because of the syndrome. Just wondering who out there has experienced the same situation and can advise me.
