I think this depends on how they do this...A vaginal hysterectomy is easier to recover from than abdominal...At least this is what I have heard..I had the abdominal myself..I am not sure how long they say before you can go back to work, but take it slow...I think sometimes the emotional thing can bug us women more than the surgery itself....
