When My kid (girl baby) was around 2 to 3 months old, she was not passing motion regularly, after various tests we found her TSH was little high and concluded for hypothyroidsm and was advised for THYRONORM 25MCg, with in 15 days of medication, she started excreting regularly and no problems then on TSH become normal. Then on she is on 25MCG thyronorm, Now she is 2 years and 5 months. During dec 2007, doctor said her t4 is high and again asked us to do a test on feb 2008. The results are given below. Now he has advised us to stop the medication and retest after 6 weeks.
DATE TSH T4
Dec-07 2.88 1.7
FEB-08 3.3 1.5

My questions are;
What is the suggestion to continue or not to continues
What will be the impact if I continue
What harm if I discontinue
