Q: Hypothyroidism and low testosterone ?

I am a female who was recently diagnosed with hypothyroidism and am on synthroid. I have been through every test imaginable and now that the hypothryroid is being treated my bloodwork came back with a low MPV level; a high RDW level; low testosterone and low testosterone free. I still am not feeling good after being on medicine for 4 months. What should I be asking Dr to find what is really wrong with me and what I can do to fix it.
