Q: Hyponatremia

I received my blood results yesterday but my endocrinologist will only see me in 3 weeks, maybe more.
While I wait, I decided to look at my test results on my own, because I'm worried and I need to know what's going on with me.

My sodium level is indicated as low, with 134.
How low is it exactly?
My endo (before the blood tests and without any tests results) told me I had hypoglycemia after I told him my symptoms.
But my glucose level (after the 3 hours tests) is normal.

Also, according to my test results, I might have hypothyroidism.

So I was wondering, what is this hyponatremia thing anyway and how bad is it?
Can it be solved? I also read online that it can affect your brain, is it permanant?
Thank you
