Hello,

I am 26 years old and have an oat sperm.
My values of FSH and LH are at the low end and I had a GnRH test done, while the FSH almost trippled, the LH went to a 15x amount.

Does that indicate definitively, that I have a primary testes dysfunction and there is nothing that I can do for my fertility issue to get pregnant the natural way?

I have and oat II syndrome with 6million sperm and bad motility of only 15%

please help me out on this. Does my hope on the medical treatment of infertility have to be finally diminished now after this GnRH result?

thankful for any help, as my hope to the medical fertility therapy because of the low fsh is almost gone now.
