Hi I am hypoglycemic And I seen a nutritionist and I am currently On A diabetic diet I have to have 45 carbs per meal and 3 snacks aday with 1 protein and 1 fat I am confused about this diet I am only allowed 2 carbs per meal what counts as carbs and any snack ideas?Tks!Jen
