Hi I am hypoglycemic And I seen a nutritionist and I am currently On A diabetic diet I have to have 45 carbs per meal and 3 snacks aday with 1 protein and 1 fat I am confused about this diet I am only allowed 2 carbs per meal what counts as carbs and any snack ideas?Tks!Jen Very Happy

I'm not sure what you mean by 45 carbs. Did the nutritionist explain this diet to you? They should have given you some examples of what to eat. Could you go back and see them. Maybe they could explain it better. I am confused too. Good luck.
