I've been having some strange bouts of what I've been thinking have been hypoglycemia, although I may be incorrect as I don't know very much about it. I was hoping I would be able to get some feedback here as I don't currently have health insurance to visit a doc. Any feedback would be great!
Basically, first of all, in the mornings I will have a moderate case of "anxiety" for no apparent reason. Just a general feeling of my body vibrating and tense, and sometimes have strange "jumps" where my body will jerk suddenly.
Also, I tend to get a strange... texture? taste? Something in my mouth (hard to explain - almost a dry feeling without being dry), I always know something is going wrong because I can tell when I have this symptom.
Sometimes after eating a moderate size meal, these symptoms will show up. The strange feeling in my mouth... As well as a strange feeling like I haven't even eaten anything, like my stomach is empty and I just drank a lot of water. (I have these feelings right now - and I just had a bit of salmon and veggies in a salad).
My cognition seems to be "fogged", I get very irritable, hard time concentrating, depression, stuff like that, along with the jittery "anxiety".
I don't have a meter or anything like that. These are relatively new symptoms besides another series of times this happened about a year ago.
Any help would be GREATLY appreciated as to what this might be. If you need any other information, please let me know.
