Hello. I have a general question. For as long as I can remember I experience mild hypoglycemia a few times a week to a few times a month. If I havent eaten in a while I get shaky and sweaty, and then it goes away when I eat. I know this is quite common, but I'm just wondering if it is a sign of developing diabetes, or if just anyone can experience it. Thanks.

Well, if you do have a sugar problem it could eventually turn into diabetes. I was getting there until I corrected it. Eating healthy is the best thing to do in any circumstance regardless if you think you might get diabetes. People just shouldn't eat the things they do.
