hi i am new here i was wondering if you have to have the spikes in your blood sugar to have reactive hypoglycemia? i do not have the high blood sugar readings but i do have lows. i have been tring the hypo deit but it doesnt seem to work that well for me & i am thinking that maybe its because i do not have the spikes. my blood sugar usaully drops into the 70s or 80s mostly 80s 2 hours or less after i eat. i didnt really have that problem until i stared eating every 2 to 3 hours though. i used to meaning like 3 months ago only drop once a day between breakfast & dinner ( i did not eat lunch) could i just be eating to much? does it sound like reactive hypo or what? thanks for your help.

Hi, I am also new here but there does not seem to be much participation in this group. Sorry I don't know what to tell you as I am looking for answers myself. Good luck to you and hope we all find help. right now I am doing low carb for 1 week and helps "I think" maybe a bit but I am going to keep at it and see how it does. Good Luck and God Bless!
