Hypoglycemia at higher numbers

I have been having light hypoglycemic for 20 years now. In 2004 I was told I now had type 2 diabeties. I started having a lot of severe hypoglycemia with my blood suger numbers in the 80's. Now' Im still having severe hypoglycemia even when my numbers are in the low 90's. No doctors have been able to help me or tell me why its getting worse. I'm currently taking januvmet but all medicines I have taken have affected me this way. Help, my life is ruined this way.
