I have been on my current diet for some time now. It consist of the following foods but not in the same order.
Whole Grain Brown Rice Organic with husk on it, no preservitives.
Chicken Breat small amount cut up into little piesces
Yellow Squash - summmer Squash
Zucchini Green
Carrrots (ver small amount)
Green Fresh Peas with no salt
Celery (Small amount)
Blackberries, Strawberries, blue berries,
Chicken Broth
Brown Lentils
Green Lentils
I cannot tollerate spices, sugars, and food additives or preservitives, nor can I tollerate wheat in any form.
No matter what I eat just a small amount of any of the above foods raises my glucose too high. I can only eat about a handful of food at one given time. If I eat more than that, my gluceose goes up past 116 mg/dl and, I get just as sick as if it were too low. Lower than 70 mg/dl whole blood and I become hypoglycemic or if I go below 90 mg/dl Plasma Reading I go into Hypglycemic attack as well.
My oldest sister claims it could be because, I had waited too long to start treating the disorder. I was not told by the government until last year some, 25 yrs after first diagnoeses. Could this have anything to do with my current failuure to maintain body weight and health?
If I try to eat a sanack between a meal it raises my glucose too high and I get really sick again. I found out that it does not matter what it is that I sanack on either. It all does tha same thing rasises my glucose levles.
