Q: Hypoglycemia and exercise

Is there a good time to exercise if one is hypoglycemic? Also, what and when should one eat before and after exercising. Because I notice that I would get mild symptoms (blurry vision, cloudy head) even after 15 minutes of walking. Any help would be appreciated.

I prefer doing it in the late afternoon or early evening, when your body has pretty much reached it's maximum energy load for the day. I usually have a big meal about 2-4 hours before working out. 2-3 is a good amount of time to eat and have it digested. If you want to eat something before working out, have an apple or just wait until you're done and have an orange. This is very good for you post workout.
