Q: Hypoglycemia and Diet

I have only realized I have had Hypoglycemia in recent months. Doctor did not think it was a big deal. Been dealing with what I think was misdiagnosis of my symptoms. Blood suger levels usually hang in the 65 to 85 range. Anxiety feelings were my main issue. Heat palps, head aches, etc have also been there but nothing I couldn't handle. I went thru a stage of self medicating ie drinking to relieve the systems. Then I was determined I had ADD. Went on aderall for while but found I only needed more. I was Normally happy go lucky but in the last few years everything has been such a burden. Expecially work. I am a runner and lately I have been trying to run the systems out of my body which does seem to help.

Can anyone recommend a good starter diet? I have been working on keeping food in my system but not sure if I am eating the right foods or supplements.
Thanks soooo much.

Keep away from complex carbohydrates like starch (no bread, noodles and so on). Replace that stuff with fruits and and non starchy vegetables. I struggled with the same problems and I have much morge energy since eating according "the special carbohydrate diet". Check http://www.breakingtheviciouscycle.info
