Current medical status: This vein in my right thigh keep throbbing, it's pulsating almost... and when I get stressed it'll start throbbing quicker and quicker then begins to hurt
Veins do not pulsate. Only arteries pulsate in the same rhythm as the heart rate. But these normal pulsations of the arteries can be felt with examination only on the neck, lower forearms, groins, behind the knee and on the feet. People usually don’t feel their own arterial pulsations or at least do not interpret them as painful.
I don’t believe that your symptoms (feeling your own pulse as a pain) are any way related to your blood pressure. There is a kind of anxiety disorder called hypochondria (somatoform disorder) where the person interprets the normal body sensations as symptoms of a disease.
Your “symptoms” sound like hypochondria.
