It seems that the first thing about health is often missed by the average person. I am unsure if a person healthy enough to be a doctor understands how to explain to an unhealthy person how healthy choices affect them. In fact a lack of health can be a mind trap in that the food can cause detriment to neurology. I have found no doctor who could diagnose me or help me over the years and 100's of thousands of dollars expended with health care. All I needed to do was eat a hypoallergenic diet. I eliminated almost all monocots from my diet, seeds and nuts. For the 20% of people with allergies, or the 20% of people with autoimmune disease, or the 20% of people who will suffer cardiovascular disease related death are nearly one in the same. Many of us are what we eat. The other extreme are the ones who's immune system is under active, and toxic load causes cancers by simple immune distraction and inactivity in cleanup. The rest are simply a mixed bag. The most basic thing an allergic diagnosis is missing is a complete explaination. Things like, wheat is a grass. Sorhgum is like ragweed. Cross re-activity will make you sensitive to other foods. Some foods may be making your allergies more severe. Some food choices could be causing your depression. Did you know that if your tolerance is less when you drink beer than vodka, you probably should not eat wheat? The wheat is neuroactive. So are many allergens. Did you know that more foods have high allergens than not? Doctors are not allowed to diagnose allergic sensitivities, because it cannot be treated with medicine. Incredible. I'm cured after stop eating 15 specific foods. No more attention issues, no more headaches, no more high blood pressure, no more tachycardia, no more asthma, no more allergies*, and no more sensory processing problems?!!!
