Q: Hypo + vegan diet

Hi-
I'm new here, so there's probably already a topic on this, but can anyone recommend a diet or a set of guidelines for a vegan? (no dairy products, which apparently we shouldn't be consuming in large amounts anyway, eggs or meat)

I'm a young student, ~125 pounds, and I'm not planning on changing my diet to include any of the above, so any help would be fantastic! Smile

Phew, you're going to have a rough ride ahead of you. You're going to need to rely on sprouted grain to make it, look into Ezekiel bread and pasta. That's where you'd going to have to get the majority of your protein. I suggest you learn to sprout too and do that to any beans you want to eat.
