Dear Sir,

I face fear when i go to sleep.This is happening since i have diagnosed with the hypertension.I felt alot of tension that time and when i went to check my blood pressure my heart starts pounding.

At night i feel that i will pass away then i went to neurophycaterist and he told me that u are facing panic disorder and prescribed me antidepressent medicines.I felt alot of relief from that.

Now i face alot of fear when i go to sleep and when i am alone.

Please help.
