High Blood Pressure and Hypertension Forum - Hypertension caused by nerves ?

Everytime i go to the doctor my blood pressure is like 132-160/86-75 something around there but i can feel that i get sooo nervous when im there its a totally different feeling than what i feel when im not there
do u think i really do have high blood pressure or do u think its just white coat symdrome?
