by the way
im athletic, pretty skinny actually, and have practically no risk factors, ive never heard of anyone in my family having anythign like this, and i dont really smoke or eat a ton of bad food or anything. i exercize regularly cardivoasucalr and weights sometimes, but it seems to have gotten worse. i went from like 130/85 to current in a couple of months. im not sure how long ive been at such a high range really though, i only went to the doctor after having some strange chest pain which i thought was a heart attack, however, apparently my heart is fine for now after diagnostic tests. could the hbp have anything to do with this?
