Q: Hypersensitivity from a fungal infection
asked by: DoctorQuestion on February 19th, 2009
I have not spoken to any doctor about this because it is a bit embarressing. But since i have been sexually active at 16 i have never been able to orgasm, and its only now that i can, however i can only orgasm when im on top. I have tried absolutley everything, nothing works. I read somewhere that it is possible to have cysts growing inside that makes this happen. I have had my first smear about a year ago and it came back fine. Im really anxious to get this cleared up. As you can imagine, this has been going on for 5 years, with a number of long term partners. It is impossible for me to orgasm from clitoral stimulation, if anything it hurts a bit and i always need a pee hen its touched. My friend told me that the feeling the need to pee is normal and that nothing will come out, but it does, a lot of pee comes out. What is wrong with me?

Current medical status: I have not spoken to any doctor about this because it is a bit embarressing. Current medical treatment: No Treatment.

The clitoral stimulation might sometimes be too strong and the muscles that stop the urination involuntarily relax. You might want to talk to a sex therapist about this issue.

However, you might want to visit a gynecologist to check if the pain during clitoral stimulation is caused by local hypersensitivity due to fungal infection. Sometimes the infection is not strong enough to cause itching but is strong enough to cause increased sensitivity and pain.
