When i went for my 14 week scan they detected hyperechogenic bowel and referred me for a 15 week scan, i had my 15 week scan today and the lightness of the bowel was still noticeable, i have 1 in 50,000 chance of our baby having down syndrome. They took my blood today to see if i'm a carrier of cystic fibrosis, however they said everything else looked normal on the scan. Should i be concerned about this lightness of the bowel?
