No the hymen cannot grow back.. But if your wondering if someone would be able to tell if your not a virgin, the answer would be prolly not if you have not done anything in 6 years bc most likely you will bleed during intercourse.. Hymens are easily broken sometimes doing everyday stuff like bike riding..Hope this helps!
